Built a full-stack platform to streamline AI training data collection and quality assurance. Features include multi-language audio recording, speaker qualification forms, automated quality scoring, and an admin dashboard for managing projects and submissions. Built with Lovable, Supabase, and Cursor. The tool helps scale AI data services by automating candidate screening, quality control, and multimedia dataset creation.
Kraken App (internal tool)
Analyzed the marketing team's workflows and automated data collection and analysis from the App Store, Google Play, Steam, Nintendo, and Epic Games. Created a roadmap and backlog, built a small team (one designer and two developers), and together developed a web app that delivers insights, supports over three ABM campaigns per month, and increases lead generation.
Alconost Website, alconost.com
Analyzed user behavior through analytics and session recordings to find where we were losing users. Organized an international marketing team to pick design references and content for specific regions. Managed localization workflows via Crowdin and implemented AI translation with human post-editing review. The localized redesign helped increase conversions across target regions.
Alconost MT, alconost.mt
Developed alconost.mt, a web app that lets users evaluate translations using different LLMs. Built the roadmap, prioritized backlog of tasks and hypotheses, and aligned it with the CEO and CMO. Led design workshops, managed developers, and tested the product through release. After launch, improved it continuously using hypotheses, A/B and fake door tests, analytics, and customer feedback.

Worked with company executives on budgeting for products and marketing, and calculated unit economics.
Marketing Activities
Helped build Pikaban.com — a tool for scaling creatives and playable ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad networks. Also ran ABM campaigns for our services, which meant a lot of outreach emails and landing page experiments. Got the company ready for a gaming conference too — handled sponsorship stuff, print materials, and represented us at the event.
Business Development Manager
Vispaniu — Travel Agency, Minsk
Designed and developed a travel company website using Figma and Tilda. It allowed easy tour updates, online and offline sales, and more lead generation through web forms. This improved the sales workflow and expanded operations to new regions, growing from 7 to 80 monthly customers within a year. Also managed content creation, social media marketing, and Meta ad campaigns, and represented the company at industry conferences to negotiate better deals with hotel suppliers.
